One circle.” Please join us by moving for 30 days in support of Oak Flat and Apache Stronghold. Post photos on social media of you moving or running with your community, with the hashtag #protectoakflat and #dismantlediscovery. You can follow, share and tag our Goshen College cross country team’s posts at gcmapleleafs_xc (Instagram) and GCMapleLeafs_XT (Twitter).  To get involved in the Dismantling the Doctrine of Discovery Coalition and a campaign of solidarity with Apache Stronghold, visit dofdmenno.org

May 11, 2022 - The fight for Chi'chil Bildagoteel continues! Oak Flat needs our prayers and enduring commitment to protect sacred lands. Wendsler Nosie, Sr. and the Apache Stronghold will be coming to Tucson to offer updates and ways to support this spiritual movement. All are welcome even if you're just learning about the decade-long, Indigenous-led fight for Oak Flat against mining monster Rio Tinto and how it continues a tradition of Apaches fighting for their land.  Please join us on Wednesday, May 11th at 6:30pm at Grace St. Paul's Episcopal (2331 E Adams St., Tucson).  This will be an indoor event, masks required. Please RSVP on the Tucson Supports Oak Flat Facebook event page  https://fb.me/e/6MRKWQYtx  so we can prepare COVID precautions
for the number of attendees. Livestream also available at tinyurl.com/gspvirtual
